Our Approach

Four rules we apply to every AI engagement

These are what turn an interesting prototype into something a business can depend on.

  1. Start from a measured task

    We pick one task with a cost you can state — hours per week, error rate, backlog age — and write the current number down before any work begins. That number is what makes the eventual go or no-go decision factual instead of impressionistic.

  2. Ground answers in your data

    A general model knows a lot about the world and nothing about your business. Retrieval changes the problem: fetch the relevant records first, then have the model answer from those. Accuracy improves, answers can cite sources, and updating knowledge means updating documents rather than retraining anything.

  3. Design for being wrong

    The model will be wrong sometimes; that is a property of the technology, not a defect to engineer away. Confidence thresholds handle the clear cases automatically and route uncertain ones to a person. Every output is logged so accuracy can be measured rather than assumed.

  4. Keep the provider replaceable

    Capability and pricing are both moving quickly. Provider access sits behind an interface of your own, which costs very little up front and preserves the ability to switch, evaluate alternatives, or move a workload to a cheaper model once you know how hard the task really is.
